The Rocky Wall of Beauties- KIBUNGAN

Kibungan is one of the municipality of Benguet. Kibungan is the 4rth class.It is known "the rocky wall of beauties" because of amazing mountains that divides the barangays. There are seven barangay which is the Badeo, Lubo, Madaymen, Palina, Poblacion,Sagpat and Tacadang.

MT. OTEN

It is a potential natural attraction found in Tacadang. This rocky mountain has the highest peak in Tacadang, Kibungan with an elevation of 1,980 meters above sea level. It was named Mount Oten due the abundance of "oten" trees growing on the top and sides. Though there are foot trails leading to the mountain, the terrain is difficult to hike. It is not recommended for mountain climbing beginners. For the adventurous and energetic nature enthusiasts, this is the place for them.The hike from the highway takes about 10 to 12 hours. Local residents are available as tour guides and porters.

MT. TAGPAYA
It is a potential natural attraction found in Tacadang. These Rocky Mountains are similar to Mount Oten and are adjacent to one another.

MT. KILKILI
It is a potential natural attraction found in Palina. This cone-shaped mountain viewed from the road has a plateau on one side used as a camping site by the local people. It is believed that this part is a dead volcano.

LENGSAD FALLS
Lengsad Falls is a hidden gem right in the heart of Poblacion, Kibungan, Benguet. It's merely an hour to two hours walk from the Kibungan Municipal Gym.

TANAP RICE TERRACES
Tanap rice terraces is located at Poblacion, Kibungan, Benguet. It is one of the tourist attraction in Kibungan.

TANAP RIVER
Tanap river is the one attraction in Kibungan located at Barangay Poblacion.

MT. AMANAYAO
It is a potential natural attraction found in Badeo. The highest mountain in barangay Badeo serves as the watershed of the area. The green and fascinating countryside offers a feast to the eyes of the hardy mountain climbers and the environment-friendly nature lovers.
The main access to Kibungan is the Tublay- Kapangan- Kibungan road.Going to the barangay proper takes the local people 4 hours hike from the main road. For the ordinary trekker, the hike would take about 5-6 hour or more.
